What does it mean to walk by faith?

2 Corinthians 5:7. For we walk by faith, not by sight. What does it mean to walk by faith? Walking by faith is a term used to describe the act of trusting in God and relying on His promises, even when we cannot see the outcome yet. It means living our lives according to His Word, even when the world around us is shaking. It means obeying His commands, even when they go against our natural desires.  The Bible is full of examples of people who walked by faith. Abraham is the most well-known example (Genesis 12). God called him to leave his home and travel to a new land, even though he had no idea where he was going. He obeyed, and because of his faith, he became the father of many nations. Walking by faith is not easy. It often means going against the flow, and it is not always popular. But it is always worth it, because when we walk by faith, we are walking in obedience to the One who knows us best and loves us most. When we walk by faith, we are living our lives in accordance with true (Jesus) (John 6:29). We trust that God is who He says He is and that He will do what He has promised (Hebrews 11:6), even when things are difficult or when we do not understand His plan. Walking by faith requires us to step out in obedience, even when it is scary or uncertain, because we know that God is faithful, and He will never leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:8). In short, walking by faith means putting our complete trust in God, no matter what the circumstances might be.

2 Corinthiens 5:7.
